Hybrid Fitness Coach

I’m Andre, a highly experienced hybrid strength and conditioning fitness coach training people with different backgrounds, diverse goals, and abilities to challenge themselves whether it’s in the gym, outdoors, at-home or online. I focus on helping my clients reach their progressive lifestyle changes along the way with effective programs and enjoyment within the exercise period.

I make sure every new client I work with gets personalised, practical and challenging sessions that help propel them to reach their goals.


Strength & Conditioning Fitness Training

After years undergoing different styles and methods of training, I’ve evolved into a hybrid fitness coach which is the training styles given to you in different elements, whether its Remote Training via online coaching, In-Person Training or Transformation Programs, the main goal of building strength and muscle definition. Along with micro and macro nutrient forums to improve eating habits and understanding calories to build strength and muscle development goals; I ensure my clients are mobile, fit and healthy.

Whether it’s a pair of dumbbells, a barbell, a kettlebell or any form of weight initiated with a series of exercises to strengthen and condition your muscles. Challenge yourself when you push and pull safely for muscle definition and long-term development.

at-home floor/body weight training

A series of floor and standing body weight exercises which target different parts of the body in a collective group, predominately abdominal, upper and lower body areas with a fitness trainer to guide and motivate you every step of the way. Challenges, goals and accomplishments are met by sticking to the script.
